• Training session. 2025 
•  Sundays: Winter training May 25th to 8th June training will take place at "away venues" for details - email anne_tony@xtra.co.nz
• Wednesdays: sessions will take place at the AUT Millennium track and start at 6.30pm, again email as above.
  
• Please email me first, as being winter session days/venues my change without notice.
• ​​​​AUT Parking: If parking in the any of the car parking areas at the AUT Millennium, please put in your car rego number into the parking meters that are located in the car parks.

North Harbour Bays Masters 15th annual awards                           Sunday 18th May 2025

Thirty-one attended the awards with athletes wifes and friends attendng the morning presentation held in the NHB club room at the AUT Millennium. Athletics New Zealand corrspondent Murray McKinnon attended to hand out masters club record certificates and also the main awards.

NHB awards:                                                                                             

Chris Waring trophys for Most Improved Sprinter over the season:

Male: Mikel Constantine

Female: Lydia Bush                                                     

NHB Master Athlete of the Year 2024/2025                     

Male: David Balckford [Sprints and High Jump]

Female: Hee Sun Kim [High Jump] 

New Zealand Masters"Athlete of the Year" 2024 NHB winners were: 

Mark Lambert[sprints] David Anstiss [Jumps] James Thomas [Throws & Combined events] Hee Sun Kim [Jump]

McKinnon shield Division One masters medal winners: David Anstiss; Lydia Bush; Mickel Contantine; Yong Ding; Wayne Holroyd; Michael iddon; Karen Hulean and Chrs Waring; Jill Hayman.

The presentations ended with an array of savoury and sweet goodies brought in by the people attending.​​​​​​​
