Do you want to improve your fitness, increase your speed and perform better in Athletics or your other sports? We train every week year round, across summer and the winter seasons.
The Junior Cross Country and Road season begins in April and includes individual, team and relay events for athletes aged 7 - 14. Distances range from 2 to 3km.
